3Quotes and payment
Quotes are provided in Australian dollars and are fixed for the scope described. Any additional work outside that scope will be quoted separately and only carried out with your approval. Payment terms are set out in your quote.
4Your rights and royalties
You retain the copyright in your work. Royalties from sales are paid by retailers directly to your accounts, and we do not take a share of your royalties.
5Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all material you provide, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law. We may decline to work on material we consider unlawful or harmful.
6Approvals and changes
We will ask you to review and approve work at key stages. Once you approve final files for publishing, further changes may involve additional costs or retailer processing times.

We will give you an estimated timeline and work hard to meet it. Timelines can depend on how quickly feedback and approvals are received, and on third parties such as printers and retailers.
8Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to re-supplying the services or refunding the amount paid for the affected part of the services. We are not responsible for retailer decisions, sales results or third-party platform changes.
